Mark McCue practices real estate law, estate planning, and general business law. His real estate practice includes representing clients in the acquisition, sale and financing of residential and commercial real estate and also on matters pertaining to leasing, condominium and cooperative management, licensing, zoning, and landlord – tenant matters. He represents a number of banks and financial institutions on residential and commercial financing transactions.
Mr. McCue advises businesses and corporations on general corporate and business law issues and represents and assists clients in establishing corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and trusts. Mr. McCue has particular expertise in Hotel and Restaurant Law.
In addition, Mr. McCue represents and advises individuals on matters pertaining to elder law, estate planning including the drafting of wills, trusts and related documents, and estate administration.
